How do I get unbanned from chat?

Part of the reason I really stuck with this site was the chatroom. I've been locked out of it for a while now, because I have a mixed-up sense of time (or something) and retell stories about what I've screwed up on while people still remember them.

How do I get back on chat? It was... uh... I think L20park or someone with a name like that who banned me from it, preventing me from even reading it.
