How do I make a Google account without doxing myself in 2021?

Kiwis, a conundrum: on occasion I, like many of you wish to commit thought crimes by viewing subversive videos on the internet. Sometimes this is when learning more about a lolcow, sometimes this is to explore ideas alternative to the mainstream.

I normally browse anonymously via VPN or Tor, but increasingly I am finding that YouTube requires people to sign in when something is especially haram and has not yet been archived by faithful kiwis.

I recently tried signing up for a Google account but was thwarted when a phone number was requested. Even signing up with an email lead to the same "just to make sure it's you" dialog. This number would be correlated with my other accounts and would dox me. Furthermore, any phone number I could sign up for would be linked to me in some way. I don't like that.

I just want to shitpost on YouTube comments and view age restricted videos without some dickhead knowing who I am. Is this impossible in 2021?

yt-dlp can download age-restricted videos if you just want to watch. Beyond that, yeah, get a burner phone.
Invidious also works for age restricted youtube videos
Both of these are perfect. Thank you friends. I assumed the server-side would block this, looks like I was wrong.

Shitposting on youtube comments is nice but optional. Looks like I don't need a Google account after all.

There are burner phone services online, and Google doesn't always ask for phone numbers; I've found that they go through bursts, sometimes days sometimes weeks, where you'll have to phone register, but if you keep checking, eventually you'll find a time that Google just gives up and lets you register. Then you just make several sock accounts at once, and hope that TOR/your VPN doesn't trigger the "Is This IP You?" phone check.

Add nsfw after the youtube in any urls to view them. You may have to click on a debug link to get it to play, but it always works for me.

If you just want YouTube to work normally within whatever browser you're using, you can run a userscript that will bypass the age restriction using the same API that yt-dlp does. The one I use can also retrieve videos via a proxy server if it needs to, but it's entirely seemless and has worked every time for me. You will need to install a userscript handler like Tampermonkey (a browser extension) if you don't already run one, but installing the script is simple. Perhaps not the ideal choice if you're paranoid, but if you just want to watch cops shooting people in the face or girls doing yoga poses, it might be the easiest solution.
