Take little cotton ball out, dip in oil, place directly on the source of the pain.
Also, tooth pain indicates an infection of some kind.

I know you're retarded, but that's a bad idea. The tooth isn't the source of the pain, the infection you really don't want to introduce into your bloodstream near your brain is the cause.
