How do I use restoration loop glitch on Skyrim

How do I make restoration loop glitch work? I enchanted a helmet, gloves, ring, and amulet with fortify alchemy. Put them on. I make a restoration potion. Drink it. Take the armor off then put it back on. Then make another restoration potion. It’s suppose to be making it better so I can make overpowered potions and enchantments but it never works. I can only enchant armor to increase my carry weight by 30 points. I want to make a ring to increase my carry weight by 500 or 1000 or something. How do I do restoration loop glitch on Skyrim

I can’t carry enough on Skyrim. On morrowind you can make some kind of feather potion with alchemy and carry unlimited stuff.

Non-exploit: find Dungeon with touch activated fire floor trap, cast healing while standing on it.

If you have the unofficial patch then the loop doesn't work anymore.
If you don't, then it might be that your alchemy or enchanting is too low. The higher either is, the easier it is to start breaking stuff.
You could also just cheat and type in "player.modav carryweight X" into the console.
Resto looping is still "cheating", it just takes more effort than doing it by console.

That's a different loop. Has the same effect in the long run but with the restoration loop you don't need to craft new gear. You can combine the two exploits however.

Does anything bad happen if you make a ring for 29 million carry weight? Any more and it’s a negative number, but any less times and I can only carry 5,000 more. I finally figured out the restoration loop. It won’t work if your skills are too low when you try it that must be why it wouldn’t work
