how do sleep?

I fall back on either leaving Game Theory on autoplay since I know what he's talking about but do not care at all, listening to this dood's Yu-Gi-Oh videos or recently, putting on 40+ minutes iceberg video on a topic I like. Then I close my eyes, get comfy and hope that it works.
 
what makes the sleepman ZZZ? the sleepy buttons gone bye bye, i drunk and bob ross has failed me. help
Having good sleep hygiene

1. Dont do too many non sleeping habits in bed
2. Go to bed at the same time everyday
3. Spend a couple of minutes outside in the light as itbhelps reset your inner clock.
4. Minimize caffeine consumption. Even morning caffeine reduces sleep effectiveness.
5. Do exercise. Great for sleep.
6. Don't do exciting activities the last hour of being awake (computer/phonescreens, gambling, eating, basicly anything that boosts dopamine)
7. Pray or meditate at some point during the day (minimizes scattere mind)
8. If your sleep rhythm is seriously distorted, try to change it a half an hour a day.
9. Teach yourself to be an quick riser after the alarm goes
