Based on his christory we know that Chris is a pathological liar and not to be trusted. Typically people lie to gain status, to remove pressure from them and to hide the true reality. Chris is well known for believing his lies and acting as they are real. When an autist like Chris is put in an uncomfortable situation like an interview, they are known to hide their true selves by lying or staying silent.

While many people wouldn't tell a lie that makes them look worse, Chris is an atypical individual and comes up with ridiculous solutions for mundane problems. Sex is such an obsession for Chris that he'd rather be seen as a motherfucker than incel. People believing that Chris wasn't incel without hard evidence were retarted. I'd guess that porn has severely twisted Chris's perception of reality into thinking that being tranny or incestious motherfucker isn't wrong. Chris probably thinks that porn is real including incest porn.

With every evidence we have being untrustworthy, I'm going to have to wait for a doctor to examine whenever Barb was raped or not.

Dude trust me I wish it was fake and gay but with how much detail he put into it and the many messages of him describing it in great detail makes me believe 100% that there is no way it didn't happen. He describes this the same way he described banging that hooker. It's way too real. Even if for some reason it is fake he still has the hots for his old, rotten, dying mother and the fact that he would even fantisize about her like to others while being her only caregiver makes him a freakish sex offender still.

Ultimately the problem is that we have information from one source along multiple paths (Jersh and the audio logs), because there were only two people at 14 Branchland and one of them is insensible. As willing as I am to trust what null has shown us, I want to keep entertaining the faint doubt that it's all a sick fabrication of Chris's mind, until evidence from a second source is established. i.e. the police rape kit.

People can write anything on the internet, and no matter how much details you put in doesn't make them true. Tolkien put shit ton of detail into his books, and that doesn't make them any less unreal. Chris is just autistic enough to study sex, so that he can describe it without doing it.

Imagine giving this freak the benefit of the doubt after all the things he has done. Like I said, even if in the slim chance he didn't do her it doesn't change the fact that he has an extremely creepy lust on his dying mother and should be seperetaed from her for her safety.
 
Chris and Barb were always a bit too close. Neither of them would cross the barrier though. With Barb's declining mental condition and Chris' continued sexual frustration, I can totally believe it.
 
I thought there was a decent chance that this was all part of Chris' delusions. However, Chris can somewhat distinguish between real life and his fantasies, it's what drives his MLP protests. It's just that he refers to real life as C-1218 and his fantasies as C-137.

It's all incredibly detailed, what he's said and chatted is remarkably consistent over the past few days, and it lines up with posts he's made in the past. I've been thinking the same thing - however, I think it's credible.

I think the biggest indicator of "it's real" is if the state files charges or takes some other action. If PIV rape happened recently, the rape kit they've run on her is likely to reveal the truth.

Honestly, even his words and graphic detail of description is enough to disqualify him from taking care of a demented elderly woman.

No matter how many times he says yes can't erase his history of lies. Only the cops can examine whenever there were any unlawful breaking and entering. Of course cops are untrustworthy swine, so I wouldn't trust those pigs either, but their investigation would get us closer to the truth.
 
Chris has demonstrated time and again how poor he is at making up detailed lies able withstand even minor scrutiny. He’s also unable to paint an anything less than rosey account of fictional occurrences. For example, Barb initially protesting his advances isn’t something Chris would think to add to a story to give it more depth and realism. There’s loads of other little details in this recent account that seem too nuanced for Chris to add.

If he really made this up or fantacized about it, it would come across as something much more saccharin like something from the pages of Sonichu. Instead we have a story of a scared, confused elderly woman giving In to her sons depraved lusting only after repeated protest. A fictionaliazed version would probably be Barb begging for Chris to fuck her and praising his performance afterward with absolutely no conflict or hesitation.
