Who'll let you do that anymore, ever since malware started using IRC for C&C?At this point most people should just be running text-only IRC servers that they can host themselves.
Agree that host-it-yourself is the way, but if your mom can't run it, it's not a viable solution.I truly don't understand people who keep hanging around Discord, making server after server as they keep getting banned, somehow not getting the message that they're clearly not welcome for whatever bullshit reason the trannies think up. At this point most people should just be running text-only IRC servers that they can host themselves. Centralized services are too pozzed to be used for anything that doesn't involve pedophilia.
If shaming worked you guys wouldn't still be acting like fringe undesirables that get kicked out of polite society's chat programs.Stop using discord and mock those that are on it.
Shaming works!
That's a lot of presumptions in just a single sentence. If shaming worked you guys wouldn't still be acting like fringe undesirables that get kicked out of polite society's chat programs.
Yes I presume that the fringes of society cannot shame the mainstream into conforming to their liking. That's a lot of presumptions in just a single sentence.
No real argument or alternative is present in what you're saying, so, your post's value amounts to 0.
But that's just perfect for "polite society" I guess.
I like it it looks retro. Too bad its tied up with the homestuck fandom.pesterchum
It was made by a guy on the old mspaforums and based on the fake chat client of the same name in homestuck IIRC. I twas initially like a goofy thing made for people that were fans to just kinda have another way to chat with people I guess but then like devolved into hell the more popular homestuck got. My friend that tried getting me to use it just ended up using Skype to chat with me instead till microsoft completely fucked skype up. I've lost touch with him to some degree since then.I like it it looks retro. Too bad its tied up with the homestuck fandom.
Considering that discord has about ~300mil registered accounts, I can see how one would presume that it's mainstream. But it really depends on the environment. Matter of fact is that discord is not something very common or mainstream in all parts of the world. For example, nobody I know uses it but then again, I'm not one of the target demographics.Yes I presume that the fringes of society cannot shame the mainstream into conforming to their liking.
its basically skype but for gaming... and tbh "gaming" is basically similar to "tactical"; a prefix affixed to a product for a set group of people to eat up like its sliced breadThe only difference between Skype and Discord is that Skype is actually easier to use despite also being an abominaiton of Minimalism and Material Design. When Microsoft buys Discord there will be no difference at all.
