How do you disconnect from the internet entirely?

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Rom hacking and drawing, I want to make a video game but most of the people I have talked to don’t seem very mentally stable and are introverts who don’t like meeting in person, I could make a game alone but it would take a lot of time and it would be frustrating without the help of someone, I wouldn’t have fun making it. Also, I’m learning how to code.
You will never disconnect from the internet. You hold the key to your own mental prison.

To be "unhooked" is similar experience to 20 years ago being a non-smoker. The "Drug" is freely available to everyone and you can get it at every corner.

You start by turning off your PC.
I know what you guys mean but how do I deal with the people around me who exclusively use the internet to communicate? Should I just become a loner? These days everything is done online, banks, paying bills, that sort of stuff. My bad if I didn’t specify or didn’t explain myself well, I can log off whenever I want to, is the matter of how do I deal with my environment being entirely internet driven, without any alternative available to me.

Have you tried signing up for stuff at your local library? Library's have a bunch of different programs. Volunteer work could also help. Just filling your free time with hobbies.
