How do you improve your life and your mindset?

Steroids, inject 300+mg test a week and you will within a month have a massive increase in your drive, sense of self-worth, and will develop a stronger risk-tolerance.
 
Don’t visit porn sites frequently and go talk to women. Chances are you’ll waste your time talking and come out a different person.
 
Eat healthier, lift weights/go to the gym/exercise, pick up a new hobby (painting, cooking, etc.), get a pet, read a good book and listen to some good music. And don't forget to relax. Shit may be fucked, but that doesn't mean you should let it get to you. Unwind and enjoy life.
 
While I'm still in a place of always trying to get better and do better here are some things that have been a huge help to me.
1. Go outside. It's something so small but can improve your life. You don't even need to do anything or be out there for long. This helps you get out of bed and out of your room. Hell go for a walk, exercise is good for bringing up your mood.

2. If you have self-esteem issues every day look in the mirror and say one thing you like about yourself. Even if it's just your eye colour. Being nice to yourself just a little bit will do wonders.

3. Cut people out of your life that make you feel like shit. It's better to have little to no friends than people who make you feel worse about yourself.

4. Make a routine for yourself. Being consistent is key. No matter how awful you feel, you got to get up from bed. Those small victories will become the stepping stones to becoming the better you.

5. Do stuff you enjoy. Try new things even. Anything to keep you and your mind busy.

Lastly, the two things I have found that have done the most for me. Let yourself be sad. If you are having just the worst day it's okay to cry. Don't bottle up all the emotions. Talk to someone. Doesn't have to be a therapist but it's more ideal. Even talking to randos can help. Talking about how you feel and just knowing someone is listening just makes you feel heard. If you feel like you are in danger from yourself please go to a loved one or straight to the hospital. Be kind to yourself even if your mind tells you otherwise. I hope this helps even a little.
 
Talk to yourself. Reassure yourself. Tell your self positive affirmations on a daily basis. Tell yourself 5 positive affirmations each time you tell yourself a negative one.
