How do you listen to YouTube while also, being online?

I've had a lot of success with using a synchtube type channel.
Like I'm on an amazingly basic android phone at the moment with no fancy shit installed, two tabs open in chrome, this one and my channel running a RHCP soundboard bootleg off youtube. Works fine for me.

I only listen to Youtube while I'm offline, through the spying equipment I planted in my neighbor's house,

Spotify works on iPhone in the background when browning internet explorer I noticed. However I noticed on Spotify I search for a song but it does not let me choose what song I listen to it just plays random songs from a artist I click on

My phone has a split screen feature so I can listen to YouTube and browse online at the same time. Maybe see if there's an app on the store.
