Pretend you're helpful, walk their dogs, go with them places, use your money on them, build a relationship with someone just to use it as a means to end to get what you want from them. It's best to be subtle about it, find people in religious communities, mental health homes, and other tight knit communities.
I found befriending older people with a lot of money and putting on the facade of caring about them is a good way for them to put you in their will and or give you gifts while still alive.
