I have heard the many stories of those who fell victims to the perils of clout and fame or general stupidity that end up on here. Usually, they get doxxed and their entire life story posted.

I wonder, since the definition seems to be vague and general - what qualifies one as a lolcow? Is it being a reactionary bitch to anybody who dares criticize them? Is it someone who is a predator? Is it someone who is just vulnerable enough to be exploited for entertainment? And who doesn't qualify as someone worth a-logging on an internet forum?

The problem is that "being a furry" is generally the start of a slippery slope.

Just think of it this way: if everyone knew literally everything you did, how do you think they'd view you? Before I answer the question, I cordially suggest you go through every social you own and scrub off every personal info on yourself. These folks actually can't dox you if you don't make it public. If you have your real name somewhere the moment they find it is the moment you're fucked. Even if you think you didn't post any personal info, it doesn't hurt to look more into it. They found an old email address I didn't even know existed. So they're really willing to dig in deep, other than that they couldn't dox me becuase I don't post about my personal life. No selfie, no nothing.

If you do end up featured on the site, don’t engage with it, maybe see what behaviors people are making fun of the most, and curb them a bit, then just quietly continue what you’re doing. There’s uncountable furries on the Internet who have never been mentioned here, and the vast majority of the ones that have been posted about on the site get like one post in a bigger community thread or get a thread in proving grounds that gets like two pages before dying. Furries aren’t liked here but unless you’re a sexual predator, animal abuser, or really open about gross niche degeneracy, no one really cares. Just don’t be a sperg, and the worst you’re likely to get is screenshots of cringe tweets you posted without any attempt to dox you or anything.
