How do you think Chris Chan’s life would differ if the internet was not invented?

Serious answers encouraged but not required. Do you think it’d still transition? How much lesser do you think it’s fame would be? Do you think it’d be happier or mentally / physically healthier? Do you think it’d get a job? I think this concept is fascinating.

"They?" Chris is a "they" now?

He wouldn't have trooned out. He wouldn't have been exposed to the concept.

Maybe he'd be trying to sell Sonichu comics from the classified ads in the back pages of newsletters. His trolls would only be calling and mailing him, and exchanging photocopies of the mail and dubs of tapes of the calls amongst themselves. So that part of it would probably be much the same, but in slow motion.

Someone else once said he'd be the local oddity. Like a "village idiot".

I think CWC would still be in a better position. No "dimensional merge" (no Idea Guys or Teen Troon Squad), no "tomgirl" (no identity politics from the internet), no making girls feel very uncomfortable over Twitter (no "darling"), maybe no "brony" (Friendship is Magic was a thing with guys because of the internet), no w-e-e-n-s, no pizza trolling, no Kengle influence, no Sockness influence, no Waterman influence, and he'd have to find another way to ruin his friendship with Megan (no infamous drawing uploaded to ED). And of course, no delusions of being a "goddess" and pony.

He would be the Tard of Ruckerville and make the local news for his antics and criminal behavior.

Very similar but Bob would try to set his family up for life by founding a motel for them. His life would still fall apart because he’s a lolcow, especially after Bobs death. Eventually Barb would die but Chris would never report her death, keeping her corpse as long as possible.
