How do you think unrestrained access to the internet (and/or pushing of alphabet stuff in public schools) will affect following generations? - Are alphabet furries raised from near-birth to cross-dress for clout the future of our world?

Parents should be more careful with their kids online activities. Or not let them do anything besides watch YouTube.
It sucks, but even that's dubious as hell. The ElsaGate thing happened not that long ago, and a lot of the kids' content on YouTube is low-quality trash engineered to get your child addicted to it. YouTube Kids has things like South Park on it 'cause you can't trust a robot to do the vetting for you.

None of this would be an issue if parents were on top of what their kids watched and curated it for them. Buuut most of them of them are lazy fucks in the first place who are using YouTube as a babysitter.

I think the problem might be people who aren't ready for kids having them, really. Maybe not 100% but there's more parents who do that than not and that leads to things like this, it's so easy to fuck up a child.

Man I was exposed to Omegal at 14 before they cracked down on things. I only now am realizing how fucked what I went through was. And now Im all sorts of fucked up like everyone else around my age is these days. Parents should be more careful with their kids online activities. Or not let them do anything besides watch YouTube.

To me grandma is the most horrifying. But that's because I interact with her probably. She thinks demons are going to come out of the rivers that are drying up.
Getting flashed on Omegle as a teen is a pretty common thing and most people laugh it off no worse for it. As an adult I realize a lot of the fucked up stuff I saw as a kid did influence me but I also realize it did no real lasting damage. Everyone had some creep in a chat room try to cyber sex them (Does that still exist?) or want to show his dick off. Learning to laugh at it and navigate around the predators was a basic part of learning the internet as a teen.

I'm not inclined to say "it doesn't hurt for a teenager to run into a pervert and see a penis, as long as they have the proper response of leaving that space immediately and blocking all contact with the sender" but I think that is the reality of the situation. All these sex pests should be strung up and left dangling from lamp posts as an example to others but that's obviously not happening. So teach your kids how to handle these situations and accept sooner or later they will run into a creep and they're able to safely disengage because you gave them the tools they need.

Zoomers are already fucked and making every kid spend all day looking at a tablet is going to massively increase autism. Add in Covid masks and we're into a shit storm of autism for most of the current 5-10 year olds. They've going to be anxiety ridden freaks with no sense of self but constant self doubt and hatred.

We're still not fully over the fact we're no longer hunter-gatherers so I have no idea what the Internet will do to the human psyche. Life will still go on so I say just enjoy the ride while you can. If it's not dealing with mental problems, it's war, famine, plagues, etc. Kids will always see fucked up shit they probably should not ever experience.

The biggest issue with the internet is how hard it is to sift through information and know what information is and isn't garbage. Someone can post a page that portrays item x in a negative way and someone else can post a page stating item x is positive, and there's not always an easy way to know which is accurate.

As for the schools, it's ironic that they speak about prioritizing students' mental health and well being while at the same time encouraging kids to transition and adopt different pronouns all while hiding it from the parents -- behavior that seems quite detrimental to a teen's mental health and hypocritical to the claim public school districts make that their teachers and education are all about the kids.

Eh mainstream society will always be retarded. There will always be pockets of rational people. Do what you can in your immediate bubble of like-minded humans. Raise your kids to be free-thinkers. Assume that everyone in politics and media is a fucking liar out to steal your money (directly or indirectly). Let the retards eat each other up.

I’ve met some very based zoomers who grew up with the internet as their babysitters. I think we’ll be fine.

Until WWIII starts, that is, and the elite retreat to their bunkers and feed off of the soft, spongy flesh of all the asexual LGBT death cultists willingly dying for their overlords.

I believe that most of what we're seeing isn't all that new. There's always been tons of weird, degenerate shit going on in the world. I guess the big difference now is that it's so much easier to find information about it thanks to the internet. Trying to shelter kids from things is much more difficult now.

But I agree that it mostly comes down to whether or not your parents care. I think that's always been a defining factor in how someone will turn out. Even before the internet there were plenty of temptations out there that a young person could find and indulge in if no one was monitoring them. I also think we have a narrow view of what things were like in past generations. It was easier for people to hide bad things back then while only presenting positive aspects.

Another thing to consider is that counter culture will inevitable come. I'm guessing that the next generation after the Zoomers is going to be more dismissive of all this alphabet gender stuff and victim mentalities. We're already starting to see the negative long term effects where people are suffering massive health problems and not finding any meaningful success in their lives from sitting around and complaining all day. The coming generations will develop new ideas and new movements that they think will change the world.
