I'm kinda being a trolling A-log in this thread but I truly believe its time Chris gets that tugboat sunk once and for all.

The country is 20 Trillion in debt and he keeps senselessly spending government money on Funko Pops and garbage Switch games that he already had for PS4.

He's legally changed his name. He's burned down his house. He's been to jail two times. He's currently on another state/and or government program which is just further depleting American resources. He lives in relatively close proximity to President Trump's White House and has threatened death upon him. For fucks sake, the American Government recently did something about Jani & Bodhi's situation, proving they are willing to intervene in lolcows if the time is right.

Under the right circumstances, Donald Trump himself could be the one to take the tugboat away. This could be even more probably if he wins in 2020.

I'm not saying its likely. But we don't know what the future holds for Chris, or when Barb dies, or what Donald Trump could do to build that wall before his Presidency is over. And Chris will just make the inevitable happen even quicker if he keeps believing in the Dimensional Merge.

Marvin and his inner circle can say all they want. Eventually, no matter how long its gonna take, Chris will lose that tugboat.
why would the president of the united states care about a person only autistics on the internet know about

It's a shame really. If Bob had pushed harder for Chris to get at least a part time job (together with his SSDI) beyond CutCo and Wendy's, he would have been worlds better off now. I honestly think he'd be better adjusted to real life, get more social interaction, wouldn't rely on dumb Idea Guy shit as much and would be better prepared for when Barb goes to that big hoard in the sky. I feel like Borb gave up on him many times in his life, and not continuously making him get a job was one of the times they failed him.

Someday the tugboat will break down.

Bob is out of the picture and has been for nearly a decade. He may have been disappointed in his son trooning out for the last four months of his life, but guess what? I would be far more disappointed in how the finances have been squandered.

Bob would take 100% of the tugboat away if he knew his $50,000 Will was squandered on a highly regarded lawyer. He gave kids $6000 to play DnD with him. And he buys Funko Pops like it's no tomorrow. And I wonder how much he chipped in smoking weed with Lukas and Devil? $1000?

Chris needs that tugboat revoked and he needs to learn how to be a hard worker.

Give the tugboat to David Allen Chandler. He's an upstanding member of society and a professional dentist. So what if he was estranged from Bob? Who'd deny free money?

I've laid out many times how to get the tugboat revoked, and so far no one's risen to the challenge. Chris gets the tugboat because he was Bob's son. Therefore the only way to revoke it is to demonstrate that he's not Bob's son.
Chris sells plenty of DNA-encrusted artifacts these days, getting a sample from Bob will be the only hard part. Start your bidding.

Alternatively: Virginia had a blood test requirement for marriage licenses until 1984 - which means Bob and Barb would have had to get one. If Chris' blood type is impossible for the child of parents with Bob and Barb's blood types, there you go.

I've laid it all out, get working if this bugs you so much.

He'd ... try to chat people up about Sonichu/pony shit/pokemon/dimensional merge/etc.,
Can you imagine what would happen if someone walking out of the store had MLP shit or a Sonic game or something? Chris would literally follow them to the car while babbling nonsense.

...not stop anyone when they set off the alarms and constantly waddle off to the toys/video games while on shift. Chris would be a shoplifter's best friend and a nightmare for the loss prevention crew.
Yeah but, to be fair, if I were stuck working at Wal-Mart for 8 or 9 bucks an hour, I wouldn't put myself in harm's way to stop a shoplifter either.

I don't get why people think Chris would hold a job because no matter what, no one would want to hire Chris for his previous actions and especially with how touchy he is around women along with his Gamestop incident.

Social Security is a program that workers pay into. You pay into it and you get something out of it when you get old or disabled. And part of its protections apply to your spouse and your children as well, as long as they become disabled before adulthood.

This is Bob's money that he is absolutely owed.

Tax evasion is dumb to bring up regarding Chris. Technically speaking he's evading some taxes, but it's on par with a waitress not filing taxes on her tips. Hell, it's way less significant than that. Waitresses make a lot more money than Chris makes.

(Or actually, with Trump's tax changes, Chris might not owe any income taxes because he simply doesn't earn enough. The standard deductions probably wipe out all of unreported Chris' income.)

If Chris really wasn't disabled, sure, he should be reported. But I think practically speaking, the moralistic "always report leeches" is a dumb argument in this situation. Chris isn't suddenly going to gain 20 IQ points. The man's brain is broken. Always has been, always will be.

Stick to being an expert on stalking retards on the internet and leave subjects like the tax system to adults. My comment was about treating any inquiry about social benefits as "getting between a man and his money". Social security isn't a retirement fund its an insurance policy. Fraud affects all insured. I'm not saying Chris should pay taxes; Americans mostly don't pay tax. I'm saying if one has knowledge that his income above the threshold to reduce his benefit then it's not immoral to report it. Social welfare isn't "his" money, it's the taxpayers money and should go to the next beneficiary.

chris's "income" isn't above shit; he fucking spends it as soon as he gets it because he thinks saving it is wasteful, bills be damned

How was this supposed to work? Once Bob had the mortgage money in hand and put it away for Chris, that still required the mortgage to be paid for the next 10 or 20 (or whatever) years.

Perhaps they could have managed it as long as Bob was still alive but it was way :optimistic: for Bob to think that Babs and CWC would be able to keep doing that after he went to the great internet lumberyard in the sky.
If Barb kicks the bucket early, it doesn't make sense for Chris to stay in the house alone. A chunk of money for him to move into an apartment would be preferable.

But if Barb hangs on for too long, yeah, there might be better plans.

Taxes are the main thing Chris is violating, unless you believe that selling garbage on ebay could reasonably be seen as a long term, sustaining source of income for Chris.

As I noted, they don't reduce benefits for SSDI. It's a binary thing. Are you disabled or aren't you?

It's not welfare. It's not for poor people. Chris can be as rich as shit, so long as he's still disabled. That's a big difference between SSDI and SSI.
Social welfare isn't "his" money, it's the taxpayers money and should go to the next beneficiary.
The core of this argument is about whether or not you think Chris is too disabled to make a steady, reliable living. Do you think he wouldn't get himself fired as a result of his disorder? He's been disabled since childhood. He's had autistic freakouts his whole life because of sensory issues, for example.

If you believe Chris is disabled, and there's plenty of evidence to that end, then it's his money just as much as if your house burns down and your insurance company owes you a payout.

Before Bob died, he mortgaged 14 Branchland Court and put the money in an account for Chris' future. Barb just blew that on Rob Bell because she refused to take a plea deal.
That helps a mentally disabled woman how exactly? Chris was bad with money. Bob knew Chris was bad with money. These idiots left Chris no savings and a house with a mortgage. Two old morons had a mortgage on their primary residence. Chris could not handle his credit cards, but he would be able to deal with a mortgage.

I do not know when the heck this "Saint Bob" horsepoop started, but it needs to stop. Bob was a bad father and bad husband at least once. Probably twice.

A decent parent would have put the money into an account for Chris. If Chris paid $400/month for 10 years, that would be $48000. Not much, but it would be something. Bob and Barb used their 'tard spawn as a little piggy bank. Tardbux were for them, not Chris.

Probably fucking nothing, which is fine. Chris is small potatoes to the IRS, it would cost them more to investigate than taxes they could recoup.

Also, anyone who reports someone to the IRS or otherwise fucks with another mans money is a real piece of shit. Even if it's Chris. He may not be exactly 100% compliant with whatever income he's required to report, but it's his money to squander.
This. Let's say you owe like 300 bucks to the IRS. They're not really going to have an agent hunt you down unless you do something stupid like taunt them like some people have via letters. The IRS goes after people who owe a crap ton of taxes. Does that mean you should not pay taxes if you don't owe much? No, pay your fucking taxes. Aside from being the right thing to do, it's not smart to have something on record showing you're a deadbeat when it comes to taxes.

Honestly let Chris have his little tugboat, it's not worth getting stressed out over. There are plenty of other things to worry about. Like Super AIDS. One tea spoon of that in your butt and you're dead in 3 years.

mortgage was paid off, another was taken out so that chris and barb would have some money stashed away after he died

we need actual proof of this (that isn't coleslaw's bitching), anything less is just hearsay

bob did just that, except barb raided it for a lawyer after she failed to end michael snyder

and bob got chris the tugboat because he knew chris was a tard who could not hold a job, and took from it whenever chris stole money from them and had to pay it back

Chris could have been a Wendy's Manager if he didn't fuck his job up.
There's a saying over here that goes something like "if auntie had a mustache, she'd be an uncle". Chris could even potentially be an astronaut if you know, he wasn't Chris in the first place which renders the whole discussion pointless anyway.

I'm not sure if you're trolling or not, but either way I don't see anything wrong with Bob being a child at heart when he was alive.
I mean give the guy a break, he served in the Korean War and had to raise and take care of CWC until his sad death. I'm sure you and everyone else here will rewatch the shows, play the video games, and read the books that we enjoyed when we were young to remind us of our youths when we get that old.

Show some respect, the man is dead and he was a brave hero among all of us here.
He served in interwar Korea, not during the actual war
