Unfit as fuck at the moment. But recovering from Dengue and drug-resistant Malaria I got last year on a work trip to Western Papua. Will take a good 6-9 months to get fit again, but that is what happens when you cop a couple of tropical bugs. Dengue and Malaria are better than Typhoid, leptospirosis and bacterial meningitis so I am not complaining.

The problem is that if you get too fit then you'll stop being relatable, especially here in the US. You'll find it's already tough to fit in just not being obese, if you get really lean and attractive on top of it then you'll get bullied and nobody will want to talk to you.

That's why I always make sure to eat two applesauce cups full of lard every day to maintain an approachably flabby physique.

The poll should have a Josh tier to include hambeasts, the main demographics of redditfarms.
As for myself i have recently archived a perfectly round physic so that i can just roll away from my issues.

Maybe a few excess pounds (30-40 max) but terrible respiratory ability at present. Just started walking and swimming to work on it. Will upgrade to brief jogs in a month or two and incorporate anaerobic as well. Endurance is terrible at present, but I expect to get above mediocre in 3 months and athletic by the end of the year.

Not as much as I'd like to be and sadly I keep being a lazy fuck with my exercise/cardio/stretching routines and end up working out on-off for weeks at a time.
I've been running 5ks recently and every time I do one I keep going "yeah I need to work on my cardio" and then slack off until the next 5k. I have one in a week and I've only trained like a couple of days since the last one a couple of weeks ago and I still haven't been able to touch my toes for more than a few seconds or do a full situp for the past two years since I've had surgery.

Really should buckle the fuck down and work on it but my lazy side wins.

You know how atheists want God to make a rock so heavy, even He can't lift it? I'm not fit enough unless I can lift that.

I'm just shaking the rust off my body, which I accumulated over late fall and most of winter.

Pretty happy with the results and especially how quickly I'm getting back to my previous fitness level. When I started exercising again (about a month ago) I could maybe do 8-10kms on a bike; yesterday I did 35km, all hilly terrain.

Would run, but my knees are shot and they don't stand up to routine jogging, so cycling it is. Looking forward to the summer season and being able to go to the pool. Also should get around to some moderate strength training (I'd like to shed weight *and* have some muscle definition, thank you very much).

Stay active, kiwibros!

i'll show you the boss of this gym...

Oh wow, another thread where I can powerlevel :)

I'm in the best shape of my life right now.
Buff, strong, fast, agile, flexible.
I spend around 2 hours per day at the gym + another 2 hours doing various athletic activities of my choice (the things I'm into the most are breakdancibng, gymnastics and martial arts but I do other stuff too).
I've been a competitive athlete for 25 years now, started with running but at some point, I've discovered that you have to be like 6'3 with long legs to win at a national level or higher, otherwise your steps are just too short and you won't be able to keep up.
I'm not a midget but I'm quite average in height so I had to find other things to compete in.

I'm an addict when it comes to training and working out, I love the kind of tired I become after I exert myself completely while doing something that I find fun.
I missed 5 days in January and I was seriously on edge during those days. :)

I don't know if I'm the fittest person on this website but if I'm not in the top 10 then I would love to see the top 10.

Well, that's enough dick waving for now, I think.
