How hard will MTF uterus transplants fail?

Even if you have a perfect organ match you will still have to be on anti-rejection drugs until the day you die. Even then it is not uncommon for organs to be rejected anyways and they have to be removed before the host kills itself.
The awful reality of the situation is that 3D printed wombs grown from the patient's own genome to bypass anti-rejection drugs are currently being researched, and we already have the tech to grow female gametes from a male patient. Baby will still have to be born by cesarean and the person carrying the child will have to take massive cocktails of drugs (probably drip-fed) to make sure the kid actually develops properly. The first few kids probably won't make it, and the next few after that will come out fucked up, but the woeful state of medical ethics in the US ensures that this will one day be a reality.

What will happen then is up in the air, but the one thing you can be sure of is that this will be incredibly expensive, and therefore troons will simultaneously celebrate it as a step forward in human evolution and decry it as "confining  real womanhood to the ultra-wealthy." The trans community will split into two factions, one that believes you can't call yourself a woman unless you can get bred in your bussy and one that believes that childbearing is outdated TERF nonsense.

Instead of proliferating into the stars, we're going to be giving trannies malformed children to abuse. I hope you're wrong.

If its already super hard to transplant something like a hand. How do they think they can transplant a womb?

I feel like the world is allowing this tranny shit because they want to do the equivalent of a dad catching their kid smoking cigarettes, and then forcing the kid to smoke the entire pack of cigarettes all at once to make them forever sick of it - except it's for tranny surgery instead of cigarettes, and it's the world's medical professionals instead of dad.

That or we're trying to mark the demons in some permanent unchangeable way so everyone knows who the evil ones are.

At OP: If you wanted more serious answers, should have gone to deep thoughts.

First of all, you'd need a baby sized dilator to give birth through your stench trench, which means you'll likely undergo a caesarian.
I was gonna say that you would need a crap ton of immunity suppression pills.
But this, let's say somehow that you do manage to grow a baby in a stolen womb and the man goes into labour.

1) When the man tries to push the baby our, is there a part of his brain that's capable of sending signals to the foreign womb?
2) If the man does somehow manage to push the baby out, his stink ditch would end up dilating to the size of a baby's head but unlike a God-given vagina, it won't shrink back.
Imagine how much pain the man would be in after his stink ditch and anus being one? He would die from severe pain and blood loss.

This is some Cronenberg level shit. I only want to know more the next time I'm inclined to torture myself by watching or reading about various medical horrors.
