How has your opinion on troons changed the last few days? - A Poll - Their own worst enemy, as usual

What I love about this whole situation is how it likely negatively impacted people's opinions on troons, where there was already just indifference or a strong dislike. Keffels did nothing to help his case, and only emboldened what people already felt about him and transexuals in general. Where do you lie?

I thought I had peak-transed before but now I feel like I have peak-transed to the end of the universe and back. Like I have experienced a level of peak-transing that I didn't even think was possible before. It kinda scares me a little to feel this way, but I am actually a goth and a doomer so I welcome any opportunity to have my illusions shattered.

Years ago when I first got active on this forum, I had posted a summary of my opinion on the trans issue in the "What do you think of transgender people?" thread here on KF. In that post at the time I was trying to be fair, reasonable and proportional towards troons, I was trying to be an "enlightened centrist". Sometimes people will still go and read that post and like it. But right now I really wanna go back into that thread and explicitly state that I no longer stand behind whatever I said in that post. Right now I think that troons are exclusively malicious, dangerous, censorious, control-freak fascists who should be given no inch whatsoever. I don't want to get to place where I hate all trans people, but if I am being completely honest: Keffals definitely brought me to that place in the past few days. Normally I would have said #NotAllTrannies but I'm really not feeling that right now.

Not just troons but I now have a complete friend enemy distinction to anyone regarding the subject of troons. There is no hold or quarter given or expected. I have simply never met a reasonable Troon. I had troons I thought were reasonable. I had friends of troons I thought were reasonable. Yet through simple exposure there is always a divide. Either one side is chosen or the other, and the Troon side will always support troons. They may say they don't support the Troon in question, but their solution will always universally favor the Troon.

As far as I am concerned they are all ideologically compromised in a way so severe I do not believe they could hide it if they tried. I knew a genuine Neo nazi once. Held some very fucked up views. Yet when you put him in his element with a family of the most obnoxious racist caricatures of black people he would treat them like everyone else because he could hide his fucking power level. If I put him in a room with a child and the kid asked him if all people were equal, I fully believe he would grit his teeth and answer that they were. Yet even a normal Troon will never even attempt to hide their power level. As Null put it, it is the aggressive fetishistic need for conflict men feel.

I personally do distinguish between troons and trans, I know most people here don't. I know there were several trans people on Twitter who defended KF, I know there are trannies who are KFers and use this site for research, but right now I am so fucking pissed off at what this asshole was able to get away with, like the way he targeted Joshua Moon's mom. I know a lot of KFers don't follow this rule but I personally have a hard rule about not involving innocent family members in lolcow threads, and the fact that this asshole would go after someone's mother shows me what a fucking unrepentant monster they are. That there are so many of his fellow troons and SJW woke allies on Twatter excusing his behaviour shows me that this dangerous cult needs to be wiped off the face of the earth, because if they are able to target KF and Joshua Moon like this and get fucking mainstream accolades for it, they will go on a censorship crusade so severe that it will make other previous censorship drives (like the Reddit Purge of 2019) seem like a picnic. I feel like I am staring pure unmitigated evil in the face and I want to do anything I can to fight it.

I might calm down in a few days and go back to being cordial, but this is how I am feeling right now.

2019 was when I quietly renounced any support I had in the past for LGBTQ+ causes. To be absolutely clear here, I don't have anything against homosexuals and bisexuals on their own. The problem is that when combined with the tranny/queer, LGBTQ+ suddenly becomes a game of "let's not squeal on each other because I know you have skeletons in your closet."

If the LGBTQ+ "community" as a whole in the current year has an alarming amount of pederasts among them and no one in a position of power or influence (who actually is LGBTQ+) ever calls them out on it, what does that tell you about how "victimised" they are?

Scrolling through a search of 'kiwifarms' on Twitter is enlightening. It reaffirmed that troons are by far the biggest hypocrites out of any leftist group. They reframe every criticism about an individual troon as an attack based on transphobia - but a troon breaks the narrative or has something negative to say at the wrong time and they get just as attacked.

That's most of how they interact - attacking. Even playing defence comes in the form of crybullying. Free of being labelled a man, MtF troons are aggressive and violent, but only when they feel backed up. Online, they have a defence network. In public at a Pride event or a protest with their kind, they have mob mentality. They are the kind of bullies that are cowards at heart.

Tl;dr: Option 3 about MtFs, who remain stupid, delusional hypocrites, just moreso.

The type of people that are Keffals sycophants are the same type that are Contrapoints, Hasan, Vaush, etc. sycophants that would lay down their life for the person they have a parasocial relationship with, even if they have many MANY flaws. Something a lot of people on here do not point out is that Keffals has a history of "cancellable" behavior (racism, hypocrisy, etc.) because most people on here are ok with that. The people who are blindly following her at the moment do not look at those things. I've seen a large portion of people rooting for /pol/ because they hate us, not realizing they hate us because we also have threads on many right-wing figures. It's the same as all of these socialists that watch Hasan Piker despite him being a nepotism baby who goes to the Met Gala with every celebrity under the sun, buys million dollar mansions using money he gets gifted or gets by "reacting" to other peoples content like a late 2000's CEO was perceived. It isn't trans people alone or even leftists, it's blindly following people and listening to what they say even if they lie, even if they're being hypocrites, it's nothing new.

That's how it's been since Gamergate and sadly it seems nothing going to change. Fuck political grifters and fuck those who follow without thinking.

They're right in that people focus too much attention on them, but they hyperfocus partly because they symbolise the crest of the wave of our increasingly transactional and anti-human society.

This is a society in which it's okay for people to rub stolen baby foreskins on their faces for beauty treatments, but you'll be looked at weirdly if you oppose circumcision.

Where couples without children working full time can't afford to buy a house. Where their children (if they can even afford to have them) are increasingly fat and sick and addicted and allergic and autistic and asthmatic from any combination of forced maladaptive behaviours (sitting down all day, bad diet) and pollutants (microplastics in the blood, particulates in the air.)

Trans people are basically everything Ted Kaczynski warned us about what human beings are becoming in a concentrated package. So they get concentrated flak. It's not entirely or maybe even mostly justified, or their fault. Because they were not warned or encouraged as much as they needed to be to do otherwise.

The people most abjectly victimised and messed up by a cult/group (or, in this case, our whole post-industrial technocratic society) are often its most tenacious defenders. See Mike Rinder before he got out of Scientology, he was its #1 attack dog.

I feel sorry for them more than I am angry at and afraid of them.

Not denying the trans delusion has affected many normal people since it’s a gateway for gay worship onto children and whatnot, but I’m willing to argue that it’s a struggle to pay bills and get a decent job while trying to figure out what the future holds for someone wanting to make a living for one’s self.

Though, that’s just me.
