Orbiter How I entered the Amberland universe... the backstory

If Whore-ma Jean has one of the BRCA genes, breast cancer is a matter of time. Fun fact for horrible people (like me): if Necky's mother has BRCA, Necky has BRCA. It's the reason why Angelina Jolie had a double mastectomy even though she's never had cancer; if you have the gene it's a when not an if.
That's not the way genetics work. Even if her mom has a mutation in either BRCA1 or BRCA2, that doesn't necessarily mean Becky has it. BRCA1 and BRCA2 genetic mutations inherit in autosomal dominant patterns - put simply, an affected mother and unaffected father with four children can pass along the gene to two children and not pass the gene along to the other two children. Although a copy of an altered gene in each cell is enough to increase your odds of developing cancer it also doesn't necessarily mean you WILL develop cancer. If she comes back BRCA positive then yes, all of her children should be tested (her siblings, male and female should also be tested) and carefully consider any suggested preventative measures such as enhanced screenings, chemoprevention, and/or prophylactic surgeries.

But also - fuck all of them. They're all trash.

Edit: I started to say I wonder if Necky is gonna twist the story of Frazzle's daughter receiving those texts around and say "it was just a joke" (re: Thumby hitting on her). She hasn't been above making fun of a dead girl in the past so I'm curious to see how she tries to spin this one to make herself come out looking like a saint.

AMBER: When she gets the chance, she will sit down and address everything

I don't know if it is her toddler level hillbilly grammar at work once again, or if she is being purposefully sneaky - but Hamber's Insta text is really unclear. By "she" does she mean Necky, or Necky's mom? The way you read it, could be either.

No idea what video this was under or who this is exactly. Redditors think she's a friend of Norma's. Here's that profile's link [archive]. It's not spectacular. Maybe @FrazzleCakes can enlighten us?

I don’t know if this will help, and I actually feel bad about trying to guess about this. I feel like a voyeur reading about this train wreck family dynamics.

I believe this navy vet would get tricare for a married spouse-a married spouse who was married at the time he retired. I was under the impression that if they are not married, she wouldn’t get anything.

I am a vet, and I work in a veteran’s hospital. I am able to get medical care at the VA, but my son would not be able to. I don’t have Tricare, I was only active Army 3 years. I have private insurance, whatever medical issue is not service connected is paid for by my private insurance.

My boyfriend works for the VBA, he processes disability claims and does other things. He thinks as I do, if you are a retired vet (usually worked for the military for 20+years) your spouse gets medical insurance under certain circumstances, but not always. You’d have to be married, I think. We aren’t 100% sure.

Just wanted to put that out there, FWIW.

Girl, get your money. It’s not a scam if it’s genuinely owed to you. He’s on a military pension and has a FT job and Norma is on disability? Fuck that. Get what’s yours if for no other reason then they’re actively scamming about something as serious as cancer.

That’s so unfair that his current wife is covered....I thought she wouldn’t be if she married him after he retired? Wouldn’t YOU be covered, and not her? Aren’t you supposed to get a portion of his retirement money?

Regardless if Norma is on his insurance or not, Norma has insurance. Health insurance covers cancer treatments. I am not aware of any health insurance that doesn't, despite all the uninformed wank from foreigners about the evils of the US health care system and how all of their gibs is free (lol).

There will be minimal copayments which never put anyone in the poorhouse.

One of the major issues with this grift (for me at least) is that the beneficiary for the GFM is Norma's husband, and there is NO reason for that other than Norma is trying to hide income from social services as she attempts to get disability off the backs of taxpayers. Her garbage husband has a partial retirement income as well as a full time job.

Is there a Cliff Notes version of this post?

Cos words. Loads of the fuckers. I have zero idea who this is, English seems to be a SL to Redneck and KF has been in meltdown, which is mildly interesting.

Oh, and our mod's tapped out. Have we noticed? Someone summarize what's going on for Clanger, pretty pliz.

If Norma is married to Jerry than she is eligible for Tricare. Tricare ( most types including Prime and Select ) for retiree's comes out of his retirement pay.

As for the ex-wife's entitlements, she doesn't have any unless they were married for 20 years, those 20 years overlapped his service time and he served 20 years.

I see, ok. If she has insurance, even from

Oh, yes, if she has insurance, she would get coverage for cancer, I’m sure. Sounds like the GFM is a scam, I was just really wondering about the Tricare. I was a bit confused about that, but it’s really not my business.
I really feel bad for the OP and her daughter. I hope her daughter is doing ok.

Norma's your typical Southern Belle--bigoted, lying, emotionally abusive bitch. OP is the ex wife of Norma's current husband. Kicked out OPs daughter for being gay and ruined the daughter's relationship with her father. Norma's covered insurance-wise due to new hubby's military service. Basically, everything is a scam, Norma's a liar, Kentucky was a mistake. OP discovered the farms after her daughter revealed how uncomfortable Becky was making her (at work+through texts). Wanted to keep tabs on ex-hubby (who wouldn't).

Oh and Becky really loves her family. Considered diddling her step sister after several attempts of emotional manipulation (even after Amber). After being rejected, Becks got vindictive and flexed on sis by claiming she'd rather be Amber's caregiver anyway.

Thank you for the information. I didn’t know that. I kind of feel bad for the ex😟

Frazzle has said that both she and Jerry met while serving in the Navy. They stayed married until their daughter was 18, so it's likely they were married for the required 20 years. It's unknown if Jerry served for a full 20 years though. Also, after Jerry left the service, he was earning another full-time income, which would be not be subject to the 20/20/20 rules and would be fair game in a divorce. Jerry took steps to hide this income from Frazzle to avoid paying her money owed in the divorce settlement.

Yeah I fucked up, I was looking up Tricare rules and quoted for that and didn't look up the pension portion.

She’s not a southern belle, she’s common white trash. There is a distinction believe or not. She’s what we call “common”. That’s the nicest way we can refer to folks like her.

Er....that cleared everything up :semperfidelis:

I dunno. I leave the Amberverse for two bloody minutes to go explore KF's own version of Chernobyl, and come back to this. Now I don't know what's going on anywhere!
It’s worth the full read. Frazzle decided to speak up* after losing someone to cancer recently. Frazzle is becky’s Step dads ex wife. Jerry (step dad) kicked out his biological daughter for being a dyke and trashed her belongings, and allowed norma (Becky’s mom) to harass his daughter and refuses to see or speak to her unless she apologizes and does all this bullshit.

Also Becky wanted to date her (Jerry and frazzles daughter) , they worked at that carpentry place together. And Becky hit on her step sister while she was living with amber. Also Becky said she found a new better paying job and that’s why she quit. So Al promoted a gofundme for a woman claiming she had no income or insurance and asked people to watch all the ads so she could donate the funds (against Adsense rules) and it was all a con job.

*rhought she joined recently my apologies

My original goal was to get the word out about the GoFundMe. Which I did. I used very personal stories to show what type of people were behind it. I am very used to the backlash from pissing off Norma. So be it.

The last couple of days, I have watched the telephone game being played on FB, reaction videos, etc. Saying I said things that I never said or twisting things I said or that this was my first post on KF. I won't get into the battle of he said/ she said/they said... Let them speak.

I won't explain or defend what I said. "Never explain. Your friends won't need it and your enemies won't believe you anyway."

One final thing from one farmer to the others:
Look at that pic
"Peek-a-boo, Jerry IMMA CUNT!"
