How is your quality of sleep?

Eh, could be better, could be worse. I have nights where I sleep like a rock. I have nights where I’m tossing and turning until the early hours of the morning. Summer doesn’t help much (I have the autistic habit of always having to be covered with a blanket when I sleep)

I used to get very horrible insomnia after binging weed, shit's not fun at all (and it's the reason why I stopped). It's come to the point where I would be awake for several days and my eyes would develop fucking nystagmus. I never took my sleep and dreams for granted ever again, this morning I dreamed that I would be flying near the wire towers and avoiding them. My relationship with sleep is a lot stronger nowadays. Any faggot who says "weed doesn't do that", well it fucking did for me and I sure as hell didn't get meth.
It's shit and always has been. I take Zzquil though and it works wonders. I recommend it but you might feel groggy in the morning after the first couple doses.
Also, if any of you are taking benadryl for your sleep (like this fella above), that piece of shit is actually very bad for you and you shouldn't use any fucking antihistamines for your sleep. Eat fibers at night, work out during the day, snort caffeine in the morning since that's apparently normal and it'll make you more tired. If you're taking Zzquil with the usual substances like Diphenhydramine, Doxylamine and Dextromethorphan then you're just waaay overdoing it for yourself.. and your poor liver if you do that shit often enough.

Relatively decent, but sometimes that's a lottery. might sleep the whole night and wake up at 6-7 fully fresh, might end up waking up each hour or two but feel a right in the morning. Might have insomnia and then it's a hell of a struggle to get some sleep before the start of the work hours.

Mostly good, I'm a very deep sleeper. I do even better if my husband is sleeping on my chest, I guess it's because it makes me definitely know that he's safe with me, on my chest and holding my arms around him in our blanket.

I've always been a light sleeper, but that's not been the problem lately. I think it began a number of days ago, as a result of my mind just wanting to remain awake, despite there being no legitimate reason to. It's happened before, and the remedy is usually sleeping for a couple of hours and forcing myself to stay awake until night-time. So far, though, I haven't really fixed things.
