How long will it be before some Evil Genius uses Artificial Intelligence to do something horrible

I'm not just talking about making creatures here - I mean something a little more geopolitically sensitive than a cat. How long do you think it will be before AI is used to start a war, say, in Palestine? Or a terrorist attack in one of those other nations that still believes in an all powerful brown man living in the sky who will punish you for all eternity if you shave your beard? How long until someone uses AI to take control of a stupid, stupid tribe of Kalashnikov-armed guerrilas and sweep across a wartorn country gathering loyal followers because they saw with their own eyes their GOD telling them to follow the blessed video-bearer, until before you know it half of the landmass is under the control of a dictator who can harness the power of Artificial Intelligence and has an army of zealots at their command? Do you think Kim Jong Un is using AI to manipulate the people of his cesshole country as we speak? The possiblities of this are making my head spin and making me want to attempt to take over the world using AI cats somehow.

I do believe it won't take long, all the formative pieces of technology already exist for someone to be able to make use of it offensively. We have seen "prompt engineers" try to mess with ChatGPT such as with ChaosGPT and it has been used to create, albeit not super advanced, malware. This coupled with deepfake technology which has already been used to have people pass as important politicians it should not take long. They don't even need be an "evil genius", perhaps just some bored 13 year old script kiddie. The stars are starting to align.

realistically the worst application of AI is for mass surveillance and control. cameras everywhere, use facial recognition and device geolocation to track peoples movements, track their internet activity, have the banks track their financials, feed all these datasets into an AI and have it run pattern recognition on everything to identify and isolate potential future dissenters. pre-crime shit like in that minority report movie.

Unfortunately I am not a genius but I am evil and can confirm I'm working on something evil... It's very slow going though
 
I don't think it would be evil, but I kind of wonder if it would be possible to create a trannycider AI. I mean when you think about it, you could absolutely teach an AI to be the ultimate tranny bully.
 
As soon as it is possible, regardless of the results. Humans always shoot first ask later.
 
Hopefully not long. I just hope it's robots or cyborgs that hate niggers jews and beaners.
