There are two people in the country that share the combination of my first and last name. One is me and one is my first cousin. My aunt (who is a few figs short of a fruitcake) apparently couldn't think of a name for her baby daughter so she just copied mine. It sounds weird but its actually common in many Mediterranean cultures (which is my ancestry) for cousins, even siblings to share a first and last name.

Still confusing though.

I still had my work attire on, including my name tag. In line at the register an elderly woman told me her sister was also named Krystal. Once she was next in line, we both saw the cashier's nametag. "Crystal" Well, Crystal needed a price check on wtfever item and called a sales associate up. The sales associates nametag? "Cristal"
The look on that cryptkeeper-esque woman's face will never leave my mind. And for that, I am thankful. :heart-full:
