I'm still shuffling my way through the bottles gathered about for the holidays - polishing off a vodka and rocks triple as I write this.
As someone who lives an ostensibly healthy lifestyle (albeit with some classic vices,) I'd normally have 2-3 glasses of wine on the weekend, that's it. Big blowouts a few times a year.
The nightcaps recently have worked wonders, though I certainly don't plan on making it a regular thing.
I used to drink though. I don't have anything against it, I'm just not into it anymore. I've probably drank enough for 2 lifetimes as a young man. I'm over it now. I will have a single Coors light or budweiser at a crawfish boil, or a bloody mary with dinner at a restaurant where I know they make a good one. But I don't "drink" anymore, enough to get drunk or even moderately buzzed.
I used to drink all the time. Now maybe one drink every 3 to 6 months. I have literal gallons of booze I bought before but I just don't have the urge anymore.
Somewhere between 2-3 times a week on average. I do not usually get super drunk or anything prob about 7 beer a session. Tonight I have 10 tall cans in the fridge but will prob only drink 7 before the hunger pains kick in which I end my drinking session and I go to eat then relax in bed after watching videos or a movie.
