I have not posted any personal info on this site so i wondering if you were capable of finding my personal info to dox me.

I'd be impressed if you found my address.

More powerful than you could ever imagine, we're like an asteroid shaped symbol colliding against the earth, bust your ass open for that bbc boi.

Kiwifarmers are powerless against people with the common sense on the internet.
If you are correct then it appears that my decision to make this post was not so stupid after all. But even if you had common sense and you didn't give your info to people could people, like, the smartest of people (not government) find your personal info?

It would be much more powerful, if harder to administrate, if it were built on top of a distributed platform. An actual use for blockchain...?

It's as powerful as you let it be.

Did successfully do some damage to a monkey abuse ring, so not totally harmless.

More powerful than black girl magic but slightly less powerful than Wiccan hexes.

From this post alone I was able to find your address. I'm standing outside your window right now :smug: .

In a non-jokey answer, Kiwi Farms is basically just a group very much about documenting and archiving various interesting and embarassing things about people that have been posted on the internet. Though there are various successful, and mayhaps powerful (whether politically, or monetarilly) people on Kiwi-Farms, the website is largely predicated on anonymity of its users, hence if a particularly powerful forum member did something- it is unlikely they would say it was them, and hence, it is unlikely that we (or anyone else) would know Kiwi Farms is behind it.
Despite the various news outlets' claims, Kiwi Farms hasn't really driven anyone to suicide, and though it may be argued we've cost a good few lolcow their jobs due to the information hosted on this forum- I would chalk that more to the proactivity of the business owners, and the self-destroying stupidity of the lolcow for posting things that could get them fired online.

If there was any notable display of 'power' Kiwi-Farms has, it is in the know-how and sleuthing skills of many of the forum posters on this website; As well as notable writing prowess from certain individuals in being able to make entertaining and informative OPs and breakdowns of various happenings.

That said, Kiwi Farms is one of the few websites that have withstood as much kickback and efforts to be removed by private citizens/netizens, and yet still remain on the clearnet. While I wouldn't note that as 'the forums being powerful', it does stand as a testament of the farm's resolve that "we" (or more specifically the persistance and know-how of our Dear Sneeder Joshua "Null" Moon) have persisted, when other forums with only a fraction of the kickback have splintered or gone down.

The thing with lolcows is they'll overshare the dox themselves most of the time. This is just a website where you can post a screenshot of a guy doing that and then call him a dumbass.

If you had a long enough post history and pissed someone off badly enough, they could pick through minor powerlevels and narrow shit down. If they were playing the long game, they could try to prompt you to give away some details.

I couldn’t begin to guess what actual critical mass would look like, but I imagine if you had a Facebook, LinkedIn, and a few things like that where you had your age, general location, marital status etc listed, someone might be able to put it together.

But you’d really have to piss them off to get them working on something so tedious.

Without getting the government involved, I don't think so. And even then using tor can foil that.

The doxing that happens on here is generally based off having other known accounts, especially other personal accounts where a person posts pictures, and it tends to happen over time.

Like at one point someone was identified because they shared a picture of a piece of cake on one of their accounts, and diligent doxers eventually tracked the cake down to a specific restaurant by going through tons and tons of restaurant desert menus until they found the exact one.

They only did that though because he was a genuine monster who tortured and sexually brutalized animals.

The best policy sometimes is to not be the kind of person who has that much to hide.
