Keep track of all they do/say against you, build a group of people who are also targets compile the evidence and wait for moment they get just cocky enough that their hubris turns to sweet coup de grace and only revel in the feeling without going too psycho.

At least, that's what I did.

Here's a real answer for you: If you truly want to destroy another person it takes a high capacity for empathy; you have to be able to put yourself in their shoes to the point you understand what drives them, what their dreams are, what really bothers them, what things they hold dear, what they actually will feel shame about, you have to be able to identify with them to be able to know what will truly cut them deeply.
Unfortunately it's a sort of paradox as the people with empathy high enough to truly destroy another person are unlikely to have the complete lack of morals and masochism it takes to enact that destruction. That's why most times you see people trying to strike an 'enemy' it just looks like some tard going 'lol I fucked ur mom' or 'hah! I pooped in your bed'.

On an acid trip when I was 16 a wise man said to me, 'Choose your enemies carefully, you become them.'

TL;DR You need a high amount of creativity, empathic insight, masochism, and a ruthless lack of morals.

ETA: When I wrote this I forgot your username is @FukedUrMom666 since you're probably too REEtarded for any of this to help you, just: find your enemy and the closest brick wall to them, run full sped over and over into said wall while REE'ing until unconsciousness overtakes you. They'll definitely have something to think about before they fuck with you again :)
