my right hand and wrist are so buggered, i am right handed i need this hand, it's hard to type, mouse movements not good in left hand, how do i stop pain i think it's OOS carpal tunnel

Either you need to rest your right hand and let it heal naturally, or you need some kind of medical intervention along with rest to let it heal. Even if one of the kiwis was a doctor without being able to examine the wrist they'd only be able to speculate as to what is necessary.

There's also the thing where you tether a weight to a handle (I used PVC pipe, you could use your double ended dildo) and roll/unroll it back and forth.
