Stop jacking off.

The threads you make here really tell a story.
Maybe he's a hardcore gamer which may or may not be less embarrassing.
Maybe use one of these?

There's also the thing where you tether a weight to a handle (I used PVC pipe, you could use your double ended dildo) and roll/unroll it back and forth.

See a doctor.
That tends to be good advice for most bothersome aches and pains.
Why anyone would seek medical advice on internet gossip forum is beyond me.

Either you need to rest your right hand and let it heal naturally, or you need some kind of medical intervention along with rest to let it heal. Even if one of the kiwis was a doctor without being able to examine the wrist they'd only be able to speculate as to what is necessary.

I have Tommy Copper gloves for this purpose. Useful if I get wrist pain after using computers too much.
I always wondered what copper does for you, is it just the dude version of rubbing yourself off with crystals?

The thing they use in movies to strengthen hand muscles, maybe? I don't have one but I could find a pipe to roll on my hand maybe lol

It stops the pain all together? Does the pain start again as soon as you stop restricting your hand?

I may have to find a job where I only need to use my legs : (

I have had flare ups of carpal tunnel syndrome and De Quervains Tenosynovitis (similar thing just with the thumb tendon). Both are caused by a combination of inflamed or scarred tendons passing through a narrow bone channel that may be underdeveloped.
In either case you can't power through it. You need to find ways of reducing inflammation and aggravation of the movement. Those funky joystick mice that rotate the wrist are an attempt to do that, as regular mouse use could be an aggravating factor.
You should get it diagnosed, at minimum, to be sure that what you think you're dealing with is actually the problem. Mitigating the wrong problem is a waste of time. For me it was certain because I could flex my wrist back and forth and feel the scarring on my tendons pop as they moved through the bone. Kinda grim.

For me judicious use of anti-inflammatories, antihistamines and, most importantly, a change in lifestyle to reduce chronic stress have all but eliminated the problem.
