Distract yourself by overwhelming yourself with another emotion.
Watch excessively horrific videos. There was a video of a kid falling from a carnival ride recently that should work. Or anger yourself with something that will stir your brain from that restless mindset like a severe injustice (I find the Making a Murderer documentary does this). Cute videos can work too. There's a youtube channel called Kotsumet about the daily life of two asian river otters that make squeaky noises and have stubby arms that could be up your alley. Trick your brain into entering a different emotion.
If you are impatient as well as restless to find the aforementioned material, then try cleaning, aromatherapy, or white noise. Sometimes all one needs is a clean, neutral environment to rest one's mind.
