How to fix the gunt's body? - Is it even possible?

I'm concerned on whether his heart would be able to take such a sudden shock of actually taking care of himself. If he wants to get healthy he should start walking 5 miles a day before he starts seriously lifting in any capacity, also because I think he's such a pudgy pork filled fuck he'd get laughed out of any Mexican gym.

Can Gunt "fix" his body? I mean, its possible but the odds of it happening is astronomically low. It would require Ralph to go on a calorie restricted diet with a proper portion or carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats, a low intensity, high rep exercise program at least 3 days a week and for him to nix any drugs or alcohol use.

What I would ultimately prescribe is about 18 months in a US prison system for a good start.

Ralph is pushing 50. 5 miles might even be overkill for him. If he wanted to try to improve his health so he won't stroke out in the next 12 to 18 months, he'd have to stop eating garbage, slowly start working out to shed the weight.
He'd probably lose 20 pounds in a couple months if he quit drinking booze and sugary sodas. Drinking a good chunk of your calories in any liquid isn't the best nutritional plan.
 
If he has cushing's syndrome actual help for that would probably be a start. That said I don't think you could fix him, I wouldn't be surprised if making him go sober would kill him due to the withdrawal. Every improvement that you could make hinges on sobriety, something that he is literally incapable of doing.

I think it’s one of his man purses. His body is an eldritch abomination but that’s the only way I can make sense of what I’m seeing.
 
Nope, you can't fix the ragepig body.
even if he stopped drinking, taking pills etc etc, his internal organs is a huge fucking mess.
His liver alone is down the gutter.
 
All the king's horses and all the king's men won't be able to put Thumbty Gunty back together again. He's wrecked and abused his body beyond belief. Everytime he lifts his shirt, his form changes into something new, horrifying, and almost unidentifiable at first glance.
