how to handle an annoying coworker?

one of my coworkers is a 5’2 homosexual puerto rican who loves diablo immortal. he doesn’t pull his end, goes home frequently, gets in arguments with coworkers on an almost daily basis and has one of the worst cases of manlet syndrome i’ve ever seen. but he is in the bosses asshole so he’s liked by management. how do i either get him fired or get him to shut the fuck up?

Record a video of him being a sperging faggot and show your boss. Tell your boss the guy is creeping you out and it'd be nice if someone calmed the faggot down. If your boss helps, great, if not consider setting up a meeting with HR to report how the faggot's behavior is "making you feel unsafe." Be sure to include how you tried to talk to your boss but they didn't help. Hopefully that's enough to get the faggot either fired or to at least leave you alone.

Chances are you aren't the only one fed up with that bullshit, so it's possible other people have complained too. If it's bad enough they'll just fire the idiot rather than deal with his shit.

HR sucks but they built the fucking system, might as well use it against assholes who make your job harder than it needs to be.
