A muffin top is when your belly slightly pools up and forward over the hem of your pants, like this. It’s a pocket of fat that is pushed up.



Your stomach hangs completely over your pants, dangling over. It’s not fat being pushed up and accentuated, it’s the weight of your belly fat completely hanging and weighing down over your pants.

Nobody gives a shit if you’re fat, tons of people are fat. It’s just funny that you’re trying really hard to deny it.

Fat is a word. Good word. Describes fat people. People who are fat.

Plus-sized is a term used exclusively for clothing sizes for fat people. Fat people buy plus-sized clothing for their fat bodies. You are a fat person wearing plus-sized clothing because it fits your fat body.

You’d probably feel less insecure if you just embraced it. Nobody cares if someone else is fat. It’s just a descriptor. Or genuinely make a change if that’s what you want.
