You mean move the eyes closer together, right? The spacing isn't 100% accurate, no, but for me? From what I'm seeing, the distance between the eyes is one of the more accurate aspects of the piece. I'm getting a little bit more than one eyeball-length of space between her eyes in the reference; yours is a little bit further apart, but not by an unreasonable amount

See how the distance between Reference Sakura's eyeballs is maybe like one-and-a-quarter-balls? Samanatha Sakura's eyes are actually probably closer to that ratio than I thought at first glance; I think what's throwing you off is all the other stuff, around it. e.g. the position of the nose, hair, and sides of her face.

I'd keep the eye distance as is, and work on everything BUT that!

I was introduced to the website by the original poster, they threatened putting me on this website, acting like it was something to fear, ( Which I fell for) then I quickly learned you guys do NOT want to be a personal army or to attack people without reason. The drama began on another website called "Virtual Secrets' and on "Secondlife" where people spread rumors, that I was bullying people. That I was age playing. ( Which I can provide proof my avatar was not a child.) Which isn't true. they don't even have proof of said bullying. They accused me, and I freaked out because of it.

You're absolutely right, people tend to get the idea that folk here go after people for no reason, so you get all kinds of people coming in thinking they can just post somebody and everyone here will dox and attack them for no reason; it winds up backfiring more often than it succeeds. People are way more scared of the site than they should be; truthfully it's just a bunch of weirdos sitting around trying to make each other laugh.

And yes, that definitely does not look like an underage avatar to me. Anyone who thinks so clearly has never seen a grown woman before.

And that is the MOST specific suggestion I can make here: practice observation. If you can slow down and really take the time to look at your reference, and look at your work, then you won't need people to give you feedback and pointers! You'll be able to evaluate it on your own, and figure out how to fix it on the fly.

I disagree with snek, they are a smart user but I think it's always good to get feedback and pointers. Evaluating on your own is good, you have to have your own artistic vision, but it never hurts to get feedback. At worst you choose to ignore it. It never hurts to take other people's perspective into account.

Edit: it's ok, take your time writing though. It's no rush.

While we do poke fun at anyone and everyone, you are right. The farms doesn't go on the attack unless it's warranted. If you can get past the first salvo of shitposting at your expense, you will do alright.

I'll start with her eyes, and specifically the size of the iris (the green bit) in relation to the whites.

Anime characters tend to have really big eyes, right? But if you notice, Reference Sakura's iris is about... phhwwee, half the size of her whites? Give or take?

Look at Samantha Sakura's iris. What do you think? In your drawing, how big would you say the iris is in relation to the whites?

I said some not nice things to someone and that drew them in. I wasn't a nice person to them, but I grew up in the age where people can lie online easily, and that they couldn't be trusted. The gentleman who runs the site does that all the time; did you know he told the entire government of New Zealand they were horrible pieces of shit, in writing?
