I just looked up Walmart dresses, and there’s quite a few of them that are cheap and nice looking!

https://www.walmart.com/ip/BCBG-Paris-Women-s-Ruffle-Strap-Mini-Dress/468428467 pair that with black nylons + heels and your appearance improved almost instantly. You still need to lose weight first, but it’d be a start.

The fact that you are born with some less than attractive facial features means you need to work on your fashion sense.
