how to learn to code

Few people are hiring and all the available jobs are going offshore or to diversity hires. If you didn't start programming five to 10 years ago, you're out of luck. We need more welders/electricians, not junior developers helping Bay Area degenerates get rich.
Welders? that a big no for me dog. Shits not paying, saturated my spics, and factories have gone to robots; see rogue fitness.

I've been thinking about learning Assembly lately.

I've already have a multitude of languages under my belt.

Any tips on where to even begin?

What're some good online classes/MOOCs?
I used to go to college for compsci but dropped out because college costs too much money. All the Java I learned is totally gone now.
I used to supplement with Udacity for practice, but it seems like Udacity is now very confusing and they have "enrollment dates", which makes no sense.
There's too many options for MOOC courses, and I'm getting mad decision fatigue. Can someone just tell me what is the best course site for getting back into programming and make the decision for me? Doesn't necessarily have to be a free one if it's not 1000 dollars and it's actually good
