My sleep schedule is basically like one of those revolving doors you see in big office builders or hotels. The ones that spin in a 360 circle? I can maintain a proper, normal person one for about a week, before it inevitably gets fucked up, and pushed forward, to where I'm falling asleep at around 12 am or 1 am and waking up at Noon or 1 pm. Then it keeps getting pushed forward. And eventually, I'm full on Nocturnal. Being awake at night, awake for a bit of the morning, and passing out around 8 am. Then eventually it gets pushed to 12 pm, 5 pm. So on, until the cycle is complete, it has done a full 360, and I'm back to a normal sleep schedule again, rinse and repeat?
Is there a word for this? This revolving door of sleep schedules? I tried google but to no avail. If anyone knows what is happening to me, and what it's called. PLEASE PLEASE let me know, that would be super appreciated.
And for those wondering, right now I'm on the "waking up at 1pm" sleep schedule. I'm probably gonna buy some redbull to push it forward
