The pain is really stabby today, and not even the antacids are working.

Vindaloo, hot. will cauterize the ulcer and at the same time kill any living thing in your tract causing you problems. Don’t sleep next to anyone you care about for 24 hours

The nuclear option has led to other forms of dehydration in the past. With the current vomiting, I don't think losing more water out the back end is preferable at this time.
