how to sync youtube history across multiple accounts

You can get relevant recommendations on a browser with no YouTube account if you don't clear your cookies/data. Use a single machine or separate browser for all YouTubing where you care about that feature. If you watch a channel a lot, the new videos should pop up on the home page even without subscribing, and you don't have to check bookmarks constantly, although you should have all the channels you like bookmarked just in case. You could create a single bookmark file on your local network to use on all your machines.

You can also use Simple YouTube Age Restriction Bypass to view age-restricted videos anywhere they appear without an account. It even works on embeds on Kiwi Farms.

i watch more than just my subbed videos ive watched over 10k plus videos on this account i want a simple export i can make a list of

If you wanted to create a list of watch history from multiple accounts you could write a script to read in the history JSON files your accounts, and then output in HTML or whatever format you had in mind.

There's also open source Youtube frontends out there. I've never used any, but with some of them you might be able to import the watch history JSON files and create a playlist from them.
