Depends, if Blue Eyes White Elephant can fuse with two other Blue Eyes White Elephants to create Blue Eyes Ultimate Elephant, I'm pretty sure mice would be the dominant species on earth.

I assume living in Africa makes brown eyes a benefit for African Elephants. They can have blue eyes. It's extremely rare and because of albinism. Albinism isn't a good thing. Especially if you live in a place with few trees and a lot of sun.
