How would you describe needing a shit?

Nothing worse than needing to shit and not being able to find a bathroom. Then, when you finally do, your body ramps up the urge ten fold the moment you go into the bathroom to the point that you're practically shitting your pants while undoing your belt.
But how would you describe it? If you had to explain it to someone who doesn't poo, like the queen of England.

When I really have to shit, I don't really feel it in my stomach. In the beginning maybe, but when it's really time to go you feel it in your asshole. Like it's trying to get out and you have to make a concerted effort to constrict your sphincter to avoid shitting. Like your colon is trying to push it out but your sphincter is holding it in. The body fighting itself. If without a bathroom, panic and anxiety. If with a bathroom, I almost get a feeling of excitement at the need to take a shit, because taking a shit can be really satisfying.

Anxiety would be how I'd describe it; a physical manifestation of what you'd otherwise call "anxiety" and "urgency", localized in your lower intestine. Depending on how bad it is, there may be a sensation of swelling (just anterior to your lower back), tingling/tickling in your rectum, or even pain. A feverish warmth, in your cranium and in your bowels, if it's getting to the point of emergency. This may also be accompanied by an acute feeling of stomach grumbling - ironically, almost as if you're hungry and need to eat - which is always the point where I know I need to stop trying to get to a toilet, and either sit down until I get my "second wind", or just drop trousers and shit wherever I'm at.
