I'd ask about how she came to the conclusion she's trans. In a long enough conversation I suspect it would come out she's mentally unwell, for one reason or another, and she's associated too closely with other mentally ill people who want to coerce her into a fetish lifestyle. It's like a cult, and if I could get her away from that influence maybe I could save her from destroying her body. From there I might be able to get her into therapy to address whatever unresolved issues are causing her to seek comfort from a nutty cult.
One thing that might help is the old "if gender is a fluid spectrum then why does it matter if you have a penis and take hormones" argument.
