I'd guess Germanic languages, then Romantic languages, then Slavic languages and it gets harder the further east you go.

Navajo's the hardest by far. Indigenous language with not as many resources as the others. Can't piggy back off of cognates, because, again, it's an indigenous language.

Easiest language depends on your native tongue. If it's English, Spanish would be easiest among the languages you listed. If it's anything else, Indonesian would be the easiest to learn (simple structure, easy to pronounce, and there's some cognates as well).
