So let's face it, if you're here on the Kiwifarms, you're probably either an autistic male here to say the n-word and talk about Chris-chan, a basic, catty woman here to make fun of fat women so you can feel better about yourself, a fat chick hoping to become Null's latest feeder love interest, or a paranoid troon who heard about the farms on Twitter and came here terrified that we're talking about you.
We've all had the thought, either fleetingly or obsessively about how we would react if we were the subject of a KF thread. So how do you think you would react, and how do you think others should react?
Personally I think it probably boils down to the specific reasons for why that person has a thread, if they're just a clueless autist, like the Chris-chan of the early days, it's probably best for them to ignore the thread and never mention it publicly, lest they provide both kiwis and trolls alike with more content that they don't want out there. If they're one of the death fats, just put down the gravy and check yourself into a facility that will starve you, but not let you die, nuff said. If they're a reprobate like Jonathan Yaniv, well do I even need to say it?
And it's not like Kiwi's can be unreasonable or unduly cruel when engaging with lolcows (.....okay, some are a bit overly cruel ngl) but lest we forget the wholesome example of Elizabeth Waite, who after they killed themselves, their spouse reached out and asked the Kiwi's to back off, Kiwi's were amicable and obliged, and even donated towards Waite's cremation fund.
A personal practice and I think useful philosophy I've been using the past while is whenever I get angry, or indignant about something and want to post a rant about it, or I want to do something stupid and post it just cause I can, I stop and ask myself "Is chimping out over this thing something that would be post worthy on kiwifarms, and would it really be worth it?" I find it's a good way to abstain from being a complete retard. Being a partial retard unfortunately tho is incurable, so if that's you then I don't know what to tell you.
However should you ever be worried about saying or doing something publicly that turns you into a topic of discussion, and are worried about too much of your info making it out there online feel free to check out this thread which contains some software recommendations and tips for keeping yourself anonymous online.

- Should they ignore it?
- Should they be a good sport and take it on the chin?
- Should they join in the discussion?
- Or should they just 41%?
