Sunny. Good thing I bought a new pair of sunglasses this week.

We had some rain earlier which I was really happy about. I'm in central California, which is in the midst of a really bad drought. It't still cloudy and I see wind, so I'm hoping we get some more.

There's a ton of pollen, but no rain and it's driving me nuts. Rain's forecast for Saturday, though.

And we just had a huge storm. It's been a while since I last heard thunder.

The storm finally broke in Appalachia. Forecast says thunderstorms from now until the 22nd. Damn. At least it finally cooled down.

It's been alternately thunderstorming and sweltering hot for the past few weeks. Pretty typical western NY summer.

we've been getting a lot of rain - the drainage ditch behind my house is a raging river, lol, I should take a pic

we had a tornado warning with rotations about a 15-20 minute drive from my house, to both the north and south

We had an intense freak rainstorm last night, and it was pretty fun to drive in. Tonight it's nice and dry as well as extremely hot. It's almost 11 at night and it's 91 degrees. :heart-empty:

There's only one appropriate phrase to describe this kind of weather:

Lotrimin Season.

The weather has sucked for the past week. Bone dry, no moisture, and breaking into the '80s and '90s every day.

Which means I've been wearing shorts and T-shirts everyday, and nobody wants to see my horrible, horrible body. I look like a chewed marshmallow. I don't have a summer body and I should feel bad.

14C/57.2F, on the verge of raining. I envy your complaints of hot weather.

It's supposed to be 115F (46C) for the second day in a row, and the air conditioner went out twice this week. I'm pretty excited about next week when the highs might actually be below 110.

Alternates between hot, and thunderstorms to the point of minor flooding.
