I will never understand people taking it to Xitter whenever a rape occurs. You'd figure a rape survivor wouldn't be so keen on sharing it with the world. If she has substantial evidence she should have not only taken this to the police, but continued to file a case and hired a lawyer. Funny how when she's questioned about it she gets angry, almost like that never happened. She sat on it for a year and it wasn't relevant until she probably needed something. Press X to doubt. Also find it crazy how she drags her friend into this, slandering her name by claiming that it was a setup. What a schizo theory. Anyways, everyone involved should kill themselves. There's a screenshot right in the OP where she says she is posting it publicly bc the system failed her. You don't have to squint to hard to infer that she's saying she did go to the police, and that there was no prosecution.
The victim shares a small screenshot of the messages with her "friend", I personally can't get any sense from this:

Agree that even if she feels her friend didn't care, it's weird to mash that up with an actual possible crime.
I mean, this could be something, but this lady is wrecking any chance of a claim going anywhere by plastering it over social media.

See above about what she said, but as far as Kavanaugh:
1. People were pilloried for speaking out about him much later, so hardly a winning "strategy."
2. People of Kavanaugh's age/universe did not have 1/100th of the resources or hope of getting an investigation when they were raped. Getting an prosecution is still a steep uphill battle, but 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago it was all but impossible. Moreover, the cultural perspective on what is/is not a legit violation was very different.

a year ago she was SA'ed. Then on Nov 6, 2024 (a year+ later than the alleged assault) she says she was catcalled the other night.
But even if those had been about events 2 days apart (again, they weren't), is there some rule that for x days after being assaulted no one will holler at you?
