It will never happen in the US, Americans are their own special brand of retarded so they'll just do most of the work through private companies instead of the FBI.

This is rather daft. Giving a notice to Germans would be sufficient. As Germans pointed out in this thread, people (currently) aren't persecuted by the authorities over mean words as long as no powerful entity is pushing to do so (as was in the calling a politician "Penis").
Even if this changes, this doesn't mean users aren't responsible for their own hygene. The same reasoning could be used to block the whole of Russia, China, Iran or anywhere else you could get in trouble with the authorities for your speech. What makes Germany special?

He's saving the German users from themselves. I don't support the decision on principle but it's probably the best solution to the problem. Just think of Germany as China or North Korea. You can do what you want on the internet, you just have to subvert your government to do it. There's a pretty big market for it already.

I want American style free speech everywhere, I don't want any religion or any ruling class to enjoy any special status or any speech protections whatsoever. Everyone's free speech should naturally flow from that notion of no one being special or above anyone else.

No, it was not created to protect anyone - that was just the feel-good sales pitch. It was created to make it seem like ending violence in Europe was just simply a matter of pretend politeness amongst different people. If everyone was just more courtly or queenly towards one another and bit their tongue a little more and used more $25 bill words, violence and strife would somehow magically disappear and there would never be war again. The idea that violence and by extension war itself are driven by illegal speech acts is a myth perpetrated by a legal class who have historically let the actual perpetrators of war and crimes against humanity off the hook. That's not how fully planned, fully anticipated, advanced technocratic war occurs in the 21st century anyway. We have to fight this lie to protect free speech and expose the real war mongers.

Without a court order, German prosecution should not be able to tap your Internet connection and look up which website you visit. It's very likely that, due to recent events, Krauts simply grew aware of the German part of the forum, and especially the parts about trannies. Rather recently, some trannies managed to get a hold of some very powerful positions here.
