If you live in one of these countries that you know are a danger to you, it's your responsibility to do your best to hide online and also use euphemisms as much as possible and not be open about your more controversial beliefs.

Reminds me I was talking to this German guy online while playing smth, and he kept coping about how great Germany was and would get irrationally upset whenever I would make a joke about it. HE started mentioning that he was in a curfew because there was a shooter going around his neighborhood and he was scared for his life (because they have no way to defend themselves). He was oddly specific to never mention the shooters race and when I looked into it they turned out to be a muslim immigrant or some shit.

It's genuinely sad speaking to these kinds of people.

Americans have significant issues understanding Europe.
This is a continent that has started 2 WWs and holds a number of ethnic groups that are barely able to put their historical hostility in the past, like Romanians and Hungarians for example. Speech meant to trigger on of these groups could easily lead to ethnic purges, war and a balkanizing of the EU. You might think that is all great, but a number of small, warring European states will eventually become subjects of Russia, France or UK in full, and because of the endless war, the economics will go to shit, and if European economy plummets and the continent is unstable, the whole planet will be destabilized.
All this because 10% of a population wanna call others gypsy niggers online.
Obviously I'd like people getting more relaxed and recognizing shitposting, but it's unlikely to happen, considering the war and the general deterioration of liberalism on the continent and states losing power over their populations.
In fact, I assume things will get worse and restrictions harsher, with the East simply ignoring most of this.

Versailles solved none of the issues and guaranteed the fighting would restart because the Allies treated Germany unfairly, but Europe now isn't the Europe of the middle ages or the land hungry Empire builders of the 19th century.
They have taught you that without the EU Europe will go back to killing each other but it's not the case, the Royal House's are neutered or gone to the grave and the rush for Empire is a thing of the past.

Visited Germany for the first time back in late August of this year. Weird country. I’ve never seen so many troons and overtly gay people in my life. I don’t follow German politics, but I do recall reading somewhere that their birth rates were abysmal and continuing to drop a few years ago. You’d think that if birth rates were low, you’d try to curb this sort of degenerate behavior instead of policing to protect it. I guess not.

I don't know what "jury nullification" is or means but no, we don't have jury trial.

What we have, in some cases, are so called "Schöffen". A Schöffe is a citizen (only German citiziens) who gets elected to be a honoary judge. They usually aid a regular judge but they can also lead a trial themselves. It's a bit complex and I am not really a lawyerkiwi so for an US kiwi explained: no, we don't have jurys.
