My reaction is similar to a few others here. Is there legal exposure for viewing the Kiwi Farms? If they find out, you can say you were checking up on what those Nazi transphobes are up in order to better crush them. By banning these countries from even viewing, many normies can't, for example, see our autistically curated info about Dong-Gone and friends, and the Internet is fractured again.
I can imagine less drastic approaches, e.g., blocking logins from these countries, or adding extra warnings. However, I know nothing about German law so I can't say if that's enough.
