Seychelles are extremely nice (thanks to American, Korean, Chinese and European rich people building really nice island homes there and the infrastructure to make them comfortable)and Djibouti is pretty fucking awesome, but part of that is due to the fact that it embraces the fun parts of being a shithole.

He doesn't deny that the 3rd world is a shithole full of people who made it that way, he simply lists off as many racial slurs as he can think of. It reminds me of many conversations I have had where people just say that every country immigrants come from is awful and it's our duty to rescue them, but repeating that back to the person caused outrage and accusations of racism.
