Parents never really raised me Christian. I was raised around Christians, but I was never forced to go to Church and there was no Bible study at home. So just never became a Christian. Never really found any other religion to be particularly appealing either and it's not like I've ever encountered any evidence of their being any god or gods much less any supernatural forces (granted the term atheist doesn't exclude a belief in the supernatural, just excludes a belief in a god or gods).

What I found is religion is all personal revelation. No one can force you to believe anything. It takes a particular softening of the heart and a horrifying amount deep introspection. If someone asks me about Catholicism, I'll answer. There is a line at the end of mass where the priest says 'Go in peace, glorifying the Lord by your life.'. This is the only real way to bring people to the faith, by living it and showing what it can provide. Otherwise, nothing I can do and I value my friendships with atheists too much to ever make this an issue.

I want to clarify its not people like you I hate even though I disagree with you its people like george carlin and other atheists who are millitant and actively mock god and our beliefs but get butthurt if we call them out or so much as want prayer in school

I could watch testimonies of nutters who've "been abducted by aliens" or who have "seen ghosts" or "contacted the dead via a medium" etc. etc. but it doesn't make any of it true. It is all bollocks without anything tangible to back it up.
