Ahaha. Fair enough, but believe it or not that's just what most normal non-terminally online people in my age group (18-24) seem to find funny.

If you ever boot up TikTok or Instageam Reels, literally 60% of the most popular content is just dysgenic crippled freaks or super autists acting, well, autistic.

I don't know why but like half of zoomer humor is just laughing at mentally retarded people who somehow managed to make a TikTok account. I'm the exact same age and demographic as these people but I legit don't get it. Maybe another enlightened zoomer could inform me why that shit is so popular.

If you look up meme comps. it's "slapsticky," sitcom-like, or "wacky" clips strung together. I'm convinced it's a combination of 00's/'10's wacky humor and, well, slapstick and sitcoms. That's what a lot of people grew up with.

On YouTube, sex doesn't sell as much as it used to. Because sex is both pervasive and icky, drama sells more. Advertisers and other corporations hate a lot of things, but drama isn't one of them.

Chris is worth learning about above all other cows that you mentioned not knowing about. For one, it's easier because of the CWCki, but he has some of the funniest moments of any cow, something that gets taken for granted by people that have known about him for years. To this day I'll occasionally get reminded of something funny that he did and bust out laughing, as if his antics are ageing like a fine wine. I mean, who else on the farms was featured on a national radio show in which they admitted that they crap their pants and drink their own "navy"?

Honestly, just watch Parts 4-26 of the documentary. Part 4 covers Chris' discovery and the events that Chris was involved with right before his discovery that often get lumped in with the "Classic Era". Part 26 ends with the end of the Classic Era, in early 2010, in which Chris declares that he is leaving the internet. There's some stuff that happens throughout 2010, much of which is quite funny, but the major "lore" that people often think of are condensed into those years: late 2007-early 2010. It sounds like you already know the gist of the major things that happened to him in the years since, and those videos would get you up to speed on the most information dense parts of his life.

I've had a friend of mine who truely believes all of MBM's stuff is "Just trolling and giggles" despite a lot of it enabling and facilitating lolcow predation and behaviour. It's the type of people who follow Art community groups, "Pedo Hunter" groups and the like believing every word they say and will actively ignore bad actions because in their minds as long as some weird internet pedophile autist is "Getting upset/angry", shouted at for their activity and making a fool of themselves on video it's all been worth it, even if the actions being taken serve to only keep those types of people out of any real trouble.
