Tbh, looking at Epik's TOS, they would not have too much trouble finding a reason, and also literally say they don't have to.

The specific language concerning "personally identifiable information about any other user or any other person or entity" was added sometime between March of this year and today. I'm trying to pinpoint it on the Wayback Machine but that site has slowed to a crawl for me, maybe someone else can finish the search:

I was too lazy to check, but I did suspect something might have changed in there. It would not surprise me.
